Abstract

The present study examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on employee performance and productivity in organizations. The rapid adoption of AI technologies such as generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, chatbots, and AI-based decision-support systems has transformed the modern workplace. AI can help employees automate repetitive tasks, access information quickly, improve decision-making, reduce errors, and focus on higher-value activities. At the same time, excessive dependence on AI, inadequate training, job insecurity, and concerns regarding accuracy and privacy may create challenges for employees. The study aims to examine the relationship between AI adoption and employee performance and productivity. Primary data may be collected from employees using a structured questionnaire and measured through a five-point Likert scale. Statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis can be used to analyze the collected data. The study is expected to provide useful insights for organizations, managers, and human resource professionals regarding the effective adoption of AI while maintaining employee development, engagement, and productivity
