Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the journal's formatting requirements before submission. Manuscripts should be written in clear academic English and organized in a logical and structured format.
Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should contain the following sections:
- Title of the Manuscript
- Author Name(s)
- Affiliation(s)
- Corresponding Author Information
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Introduction
- Literature Review / Related Work
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
Manuscript Format
Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the following requirements:
- Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
- The manuscript should be written in clear and concise academic language.
- The text should be properly formatted with appropriate headings and subheadings.
- Authors should ensure consistency in font style, spacing, and overall presentation.
- The manuscript should be free from grammatical errors before submission.
Title
The title should be:
- Clear, concise, and informative.
- Representative of the research work.
- Free from unnecessary abbreviations.
Author Information
The manuscript should include complete author details:
- Full name of each author.
- Institutional affiliation.
- Department and institution details.
- Corresponding author's email address.
- ORCID ID (if available).
All authors should have made significant contributions to the research work and approved the final manuscript.
Abstract
The abstract should provide a brief overview of the research work, including:
- Research background and objectives.
- Methodology used.
- Major findings.
- Key conclusions.
Abstract Requirements
- The abstract must contain 150–250 words.
- The abstract should be written as a single paragraph.
- It should clearly describe the research background, objectives, methodology, major findings, and conclusion.
- Citations, references, tables, and figures should not be included in the abstract.
- Manuscripts with abstracts outside the specified word limit may be returned to authors for revision before further processing.
Keywords
Authors should provide 3–6 keywords representing the main research areas and concepts of the manuscript.
Keywords should be placed immediately below the abstract and separated by commas.
Example: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Analytics
References
Authors must provide complete and accurate references.
Reference requirements:
- All references cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list.
- References should follow the journal's prescribed citation style.
- Authors should verify the accuracy of all reference information.
- Recent and relevant references should be included wherever appropriate.
Figures and Tables
Authors should follow these guidelines for figures and tables:
- Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively.
- Each figure and table should include a descriptive title or caption.
- Figures should be submitted in high resolution.
- Tables should be editable and properly formatted.
- All figures and tables should be cited within the manuscript text.
- Authors must ensure that figures and tables are original or properly cited.
Supplementary Materials (If Applicable)
Authors may submit supplementary materials such as datasets, additional figures, videos, or supporting information along with the manuscript.
Supplementary files should be clearly labeled and referenced within the manuscript.
