The journal follows internationally recognized guidelines to ensure the quality and credibility of published research.
Publication Ethics
IJAIEMS adheres to strict ethical standards in scholarly publishing. Authors are expected to submit original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research practices is strictly prohibited. All stakeholders, including authors, reviewers, and editors, must follow ethical guidelines throughout the publication process.
Peer Review Policy
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each paper is evaluated by qualified experts based on originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The editorial team ensures a fair, unbiased, and timely review process.
Plagiarism Policy
The journal maintains a strict plagiarism policy. All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection tools before being sent for review. A similarity index of 10–15% is considered acceptable. Manuscripts exceeding this limit will be rejected without further consideration.
Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain the copyright of their published work. All articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, which allows users to share and adapt the content for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution to the original authors.
Open Access Policy
IJAIEMS follows an open-access model, ensuring that all published articles are freely available to readers without subscription or access fees. This promotes wider dissemination and accessibility of research globally.
Submission Policy
Manuscripts must be submitted through the official journal submission system. Authors must ensure that their work is original and not under consideration elsewhere. Multiple or duplicate submissions are not allowed and may result in rejection.
Correction and Retraction Policy
If significant errors or ethical issues are identified in a published article, the journal reserves the right to issue corrections, retractions, or updates as necessary. The editorial board will take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their research. Transparency in potential conflicts is essential to maintain trust in the publication process
