Archiving Policy

The journal is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published scholarly content. To protect published articles from potential data loss and to ensure continued availability for future researchers, the journal follows a digital preservation policy.

All published articles, including research papers, review articles, and other scholarly content, are digitally preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which provides a secure and reliable preservation infrastructure for journals using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

The PKP Preservation Network creates secure archival copies of published content and ensures that journal articles remain accessible even in the event of technical failures or changes to the journal’s hosting environment.

The journal also maintains regular backups of its website database and published files to support the continuity and availability of scholarly records. Published articles are assigned persistent identifiers (DOIs, where applicable) to support long-term citation, identification, and retrieval.

The journal follows best practices for digital preservation and continuously reviews its archiving procedures to maintain the reliability, authenticity, and accessibility of published research content.

Through these preservation measures, the journal ensures that its published scholarly contributions remain available to researchers, authors, and readers for long-term academic use.
