Publication Ethics Statement

The International Journal of AI, Engineering and Management Studies (IJAIEMS) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, fairness, and ethical conduct throughout the publication process. The journal recognizes that ethical publishing is essential for ensuring the reliability, credibility, and long-term value of scholarly research. All participants involved in the publication process—including authors, reviewers, editors, and the publisher—are expected to uphold responsible research practices and contribute to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record.

The journal publishes original, high-quality research articles, review papers, case studies, and short communications in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Technology, Management, and related multidisciplinary disciplines. Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, originality, scientific quality, relevance to the journal's scope, and the recommendations of independent peer reviewers.

Responsibilities of Authors

Authors are responsible for submitting original and unpublished research that has not been submitted simultaneously to another journal or publisher. Manuscripts must accurately present research methods, data, results, and conclusions without fabrication, falsification, selective reporting, or inappropriate data manipulation.

All sources used in the manuscript must be properly acknowledged through accurate citations and references. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material where necessary. Every listed author should have made a substantial academic contribution to the research and should approve the final version of the manuscript before submission.

Authors should disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the interpretation of their research. If a significant error is identified after publication, authors are expected to promptly notify the editorial office and cooperate in issuing a correction or retraction where appropriate.

Responsibilities of Editors

Editors are responsible for maintaining the academic quality, fairness, and integrity of the journal. Manuscripts are evaluated objectively without discrimination based on nationality, gender, institutional affiliation, ethnicity, religion, or political beliefs.

Editors ensure that submitted manuscripts undergo an impartial Double-Blind Peer Review process. Editorial decisions are based on the scientific quality, originality, significance, ethical compliance, and relevance of the submitted work. Editors maintain confidentiality throughout the editorial and review process and avoid handling manuscripts where a conflict of interest exists.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Peer reviewers play a vital role in maintaining the quality of published research. Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts objectively, fairly, and constructively while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all submitted materials.

Reviewers should provide evidence-based comments that assist editors in making editorial decisions and help authors improve their manuscripts. If reviewers identify plagiarism, duplicate publication, ethical concerns, or substantial similarity with previously published work, they should immediately inform the editorial office. Reviewers must decline review assignments whenever a conflict of interest may affect their impartiality.

Peer Review Integrity

All research manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process. During this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential to promote fairness, impartiality, and objective evaluation. Editorial decisions are made after careful consideration of reviewer comments, editorial assessment, and the overall scientific quality of the manuscript.

Research Misconduct

The journal does not tolerate any form of research misconduct. This includes, but is not limited to:

·         Duplicate or redundant publication

·         Simultaneous submission to multiple journals

·         Data fabrication or falsification

·         Image manipulation that misrepresents research findings

·         Inappropriate authorship or contributorship practices

·         Citation manipulation intended to influence publication metrics

When credible evidence of research misconduct is identified, the journal may reject the manuscript, request corrections, publish a correction notice, retract the article, or take other appropriate editorial action depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors should disclose any relationships or interests that could influence the publication process. Declared conflicts will be assessed by the editorial office, and appropriate measures will be taken to ensure an independent, fair, and transparent editorial decision.

Corrections and Retractions

The journal is committed to preserving the accuracy of the scholarly record. Where necessary, corrections, corrigenda, errata, editorial expressions of concern, or article retractions may be issued to address significant errors or confirmed ethical issues. Such actions are taken to maintain transparency and protect the integrity of published research.
