The rapid digital transformation of healthcare has increased the need for intelligent financial management systems in hospitals. Traditional hospital budgeting and resource allocation methods often lead to inefficient utilization of resources, increased operational costs, and delays in patient care. Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers advanced capabilities for analyzing large volumes of healthcare and financial data to optimize budget planning and resource allocation. This study proposes an AI-Based Smart Hospital Finance System that integrates machine learning algorithms to predict resource demand, optimize departmental budgets, and improve financial decision-making. The system analyzes historical patient records, staffing requirements, equipment utilization, and expenditure patterns to generate optimized financial plans. Experimental results indicate that AI-driven budgeting can reduce unnecessary expenses, improve resource utilization, and enhance overall hospital operational efficiency. The proposed framework demonstrates the potential of AI in creating sustainable and cost-effective healthcare financial management systems.
