AUTHOR GUIDELINES

1. Submission Overview

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions must comply with the journal’s scope and ethical standards.

2. Types of Manuscripts

We accept the following categories:

·         Original Research Articles

·         Review Papers

·         Case Studies

·         Short Communications

·         Technical Notes

3. Manuscript Preparation

Language

Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.

File Format

·         Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format

·         Use A4 page size with 1-inch margins

Structure of the Paper

Manuscripts should include:

·         Title Page

·         Abstract (150–250 words)

·         Keywords (3–6 keywords)

·         Introduction

·         Materials and Methods

·         Results

·         Discussion

·         Conclusion

·         Acknowledgments (if any)

·         References

4. Formatting Guidelines

·         Font: Segoe UI, Size 10

·         Line spacing: 6 - Single

·         Headings: Bold and properly numbered

·         Figures and Tables:

·         Must be clearly labeled

·         Include captions

·         Submit high-resolution images

5. Referencing Style

Use standard referencing style (APA/IEEE/Harvard – specify your journal style).
Examples:

Journal Article: Author(s). (Year). Title. Journal Name, Volume(Issue), pages.

Book:
Author(s). (Year). Book Title. Publisher.

6. Ethical Guidelines

·         Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism

·         Proper citation of all sources is mandatory

·         Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest

·         Ethical approval is required for research involving humans or animals

7. Submission Process

Authors must submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system:

Online Submission Steps:

·         Register/Login

·         Upload manuscript

·         Fill metadata (title, abstract, keywords)

·         Confirm submission

Email Submission (Alternative):

Authors may also submit their manuscript via email to the editorial office: editor.eprc@gmail.com

Please ensure:

·         The manuscript is attached in Word format (.doc/.docx)

·         Subject line: “Manuscript Submission – [Author Name]

·         Include author details (name, affiliation, contact number) in the email

Submission Confirmation:

·         For online submissions, a confirmation email will be automatically sent after successful submission

·         For email submissions, authors will receive an acknowledgment within 24–48 hours

8. Peer Review Process

·         All submissions undergo double-blind peer review

·         Review process typically takes 2–4 weeks

·         Final decision is based on reviewer comments and editorial evaluation

9. Publication Fees (if applicable)

·         Specify article processing charges (APC) if any

·         Payment details will be shared after acceptance

10. Copyright & Licensing

·         Authors retain copyright (or specify policy)

·         Articles are published under open access license (e.g., Creative Commons)
