Abstract

Healthcare organizations generate large volumes of clinical, operational, and financial data. Efficient utilization of medical resources while maintaining quality care has become a major challenge. This research proposes a data-driven healthcare financial analytics framework that integrates clinical data, cost analysis, predictive analytics, and resource optimization techniques. The proposed approach uses machine learning models to analyze patient care patterns, predict resource requirements, optimize hospital expenses, and improve financial decision-making. The framework supports healthcare administrators in reducing unnecessary costs, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing sustainable healthcare delivery.
